Katerina a marketing manager turned entrepreneur, founded Zemallow to fulfill her dream of becoming a confectioner. She believes that "sweets must look great and taste even better'!
Before Zemallow's birth Katerina had undertaken multiple training courses under the directions of world-renown chefs in France and had an existing book of loyal clients across London.
Zemallow is on a mission to make clients happy with our range of crafted handmade cakes, pastries and sweets. Our bestsellers are Birds' Milk, Honey Cake (Medovik) and range of Entremets.
